Dimov Internet Law Consulting having a mailing address at Mailbox 14, Rue Vanderkindere 171, Brussels 1180, Belgium (hereinafter, referred to as the “Operator”) collects from the individual user (hereinafter, referred to as “you” or “your”) certain personal data through the website www.dimov.pro (hereinafter, referred to as the “Website”). The Website provides information about the business conducted by the Operator. Please note that the Website is not intended for persons under the age of 18.

This Privacy Policy contains Operator’s policies and procedures governing the processing of personal data through the Website.

 

1. Personal data collected by the Operator

7.2 You can unsubscribe from the newsletter functionality by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link contained in any of such newsletters or by contacting the Operator directly at info@dimov.pro .

 

8. Retention Period

8.1 Your personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary to provide you with the requested service. For instance, if your personal data is collected to deliver the newsletter, your personal data will be kept until you unsubscribe from the newsletter service.

8.2 When your personal data is no longer necessary to deliver the requested service or after the Operator contacted you in relation to your questions or requests, the Operator will immediately delete your personal data from its systems.

11.2 You have the right to submit a complaint about the way in which your personal data has been handled by using the contact details indicated above. After you submit such a complaint, the Operator will send you an email within 3 business days confirming that the Operator has received your complaint. Afterwards, the Operator will investigate your complaint and provide you with a response within a reasonable timeframe but no later than 2 weeks. If you are a EU resident and you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to launch a complaint with your local data protection authority.

 

12. Amendment

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an amended version of the Privacy Policy on the Website. The date of the last amendment is indicated at the top of the Privacy Policy.
